This class focuses on generating movement throughout the body via the waves of the pelvis. Our pelvis is the heartbeat of centered, grounded movement that can create stability, reinforce connection, create new neuropathways that open more movement options, and invite sensuality and playfulness. We focus on the tilting / tucking action of the pelvis in relationship to the internal and external rotation of the legs, engage the pelvic floor during movement, with stabilizing exercises, and more.
