This goddess flow honors the three phases of a woman's life: the maiden, the mother, and the crone. A similar sequence will be repeated three times embodying the fire of youth, the stability of midlife, and the peace and knowledge of our twilight years. This practice is open to all: use it to honor your personal power or dedicate it to the inspiring goddesses in your life.
