Blaze and Release is a dynamic and invigorating yoga practice designed to ignite your inner fire and release tension in the body. This heat-building class focuses on exploring backbends, opening the hips, and lengthening the hamstrings.

Through a series of energizing sequences and mindful breathwork, you will stoke the flames of your practice, generating warmth and vitality from within. Dive deep into backbending postures that cultivate strength, flexibility, and expansion in the spine. Journey into hip-opening poses that release stored tension and create freedom of movement. Embrace the opportunity to stretch and lengthen your hamstrings, promoting flexibility and ease.

With each pose, you will tap into your inner reservoir of strength, balance, and determination. The class will challenge your core stability, enhancing your overall body awareness and control. As you move and flow, you will experience a renewed sense of energy, leaving you feeling empowered and rejuvenated.

Blaze and Release is suitable for practitioners of various levels, from intermediate to advanced, who are ready to embrace the heat, push their boundaries, and unlock new possibilities in their practice. Join us and discover the transformative power of igniting your inner fire and releasing into greater freedom in your body and mind.

Yoga Flow is based on the fundamentals of vinyasa, a dynamic asana (posture) practice including pranayama (breath regulation), movement, and transitions. This class involves intentional placement of body, breath, and attention to develop mind-body awareness, flexibility, strength, and concentration; it is often built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). All practice levels are welcome.
