Step onto the mat and embark on a journey of strength and stamina in our "Standing Strong" yoga class. Inspired by the dynamic and empowering Ashtanga tradition, this class is designed to challenge and invigorate both your body and mind.

Through a series of standing poses and flowing sequences, you will build power and stability from the ground up. Each posture will cultivate strength in your legs, core, and upper body, allowing you to tap into your inner reservoir of endurance.

Experience the transformative energy of this practice as you flow through the Ashtanga-inspired sequence, synchronizing your breath with each movement. Feel the heat build within your muscles and the fire ignite in your spirit as you rise to the challenge.

Embrace the journey of self-discovery as you explore your edge, pushing beyond perceived limitations and expanding your physical and mental boundaries. With each breath, you tap into your inner reservoir of power, leaving you feeling empowered, strong, and ready to conquer anything that comes your way.

Join me in the "Standing Strong" class and unlock your potential for both physical and mental resilience. Together, let's build power, stamina, and unwavering strength on and off the mat.

Yoga Flow is based on the fundamentals of vinyasa, a dynamic asana (posture) practice including pranayama (breath regulation), movement, and transitions. This class involves intentional placement of body, breath, and attention to develop mind-body awareness, flexibility, strength, and concentration; it is often built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). All practice levels are welcome.
