The practice is a mind training practice so that we can open ourselves up to willingness and forgive fear and judgment. This paves the way for us to receive a better way. The mind-body is a composite whole so by opening our bodies energetically, we also release the tension in our minds. In peace and ease, we become more willing to take big steps and receive abundance in our aspects of our lives.

Yoga Flow is based on the fundamentals of vinyasa, a dynamic asana (posture) practice including pranayama (breath regulation), movement, and transitions. This class involves intentional placement of body, breath, and attention to develop mind-body awareness, flexibility, strength, and concentration; it is often built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). All practice levels are welcome.
