1h 4m
This invigorating and transformative yoga class is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength and stability in your chest, shoulders, feet, and ankles.

Through a series of carefully crafted poses and movements, we will work on strengthening and opening the chest and shoulders, allowing you to enhance your posture, improve upper body strength, and cultivate a sense of openness and confidence. We will also pay special attention to the feet and ankles, which serve as the foundation for our practice. By nurturing and strengthening these areas, you will develop a greater sense of grounding and stability both on and off the mat.

Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their own pace. You will leave this class feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and connected to the inherent strength within you.

Join me on this journey to build the foundations of strength in your chest, shoulders, feet, and ankles. Discover the transformative power of yoga and unlock your true potential.

Yoga Flow is based on the fundamentals of vinyasa, a dynamic asana (posture) practice including pranayama (breath regulation), movement, and transitions. This class involves intentional placement of body, breath, and attention to develop mind-body awareness, flexibility, strength, and concentration; it is often built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). All practice levels are welcome.
