PreNatal Yoga

A comprehensive Prenatal Yoga class focused on preparing women physically, mentally and emotionally as well as learn how to modify for their body for other yoga classes. This class will increase strength, physical and mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Prenatal Yoga also helps reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tights hips, and heartburn.

Becca is a certified yoga instructor as well as certified in Prenatal yoga and is a Birth Doula in the Denver area.
