A full-bodied and spicy flow that's challenging, but yet also about prioritizing stillness in all its complexity. We work to expand our bodies and hearts, and then explore returning back to our center, with a series of big warm hugs and big juicy stretches. 

Expect to squat, balance, challenge your core, and then return home with this love your body flow. Opportunities to explore bakasana (crow pose), standing splits, and full splits, if desired.
