This class is for all the tight hips out there. This feel good 45-minute flow warms and loosens the hips with a dynamic flow and then takes it down to the mat for a nice, juicy stretch with lots of wide forward folds, and side body stretches. A great flow for an afternoon reset, or at the end of a long day of sitting or standing to loosen things up.
