Firefly Unwind: Yin + Nidra
The yoga of sleep paired with FYL's Yin. Yoga Nidra is a longer systematic guided meditation. It is said that a 30-minute Nidra practice is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep. This practice will help you rest, restore, de-stress, increase awareness, undo bad habits, and eventually understand your true calling and higher purpose. And we all need more of that, right?
