Lucy Entwhistle

Lucy started regularly practicing yoga in 2018 as a way to de-stress and bring more balance into her life. Through yoga, she has learned to calm her busy mind by connecting breath and  movement. In 2023, she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Evolve Yoga + Wellness.

Lucy teaches to all levels offering many options and modifications throughout the practice. She loves blocks and using props to support and enhance asanas. Her favorite things about Yoga are: it’s an opportunity to be with yourself, it’s not aggressive or competitive, and it’s an outlet for creativity!
