As a dedicated 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Reiki Master, I bring a holistic approach to well-being, integrating the transformative powers of yoga and energy healing. My journey into the world of yoga began around 2014 when I started practicing in my foyer, guided by online resources and the wisdom of renowned teachers.
Graduating under My Vinyasa Practice in 2020, a prestigious studio in Austin, Texas, I cultivated expertise in Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, and Restorative practices. This solid foundation fueled my passion for yoga, leading me to pursue advanced training in Tantra Yoga, further enriching my offerings to students seeking a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit.
As a mother of two, I understand the importance of balancing life's demands and nurturing one's well-being. My journey from practicing at home to owning a yoga studio has been a dream come true, allowing me to connect with a diverse community and share the transformative benefits of yoga and Reiki healing.
I teach both virtually and in-studio because I believe everyone deserves access to yoga, no matter where they are. This inclusive approach ensures that individuals can experience the profound benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices, regardless of their location or circumstances.

Not in the yoga studio, you can find her at home (she's a huge homebody!) snuggling up with her kids and cats. Her hobbies include watercolor painting, playing and listening to music, gardening, and hiking! Being active and outside are very important to her and loving the outdoors!
