Darci Doering

For Darci, yoga is a place to move, feel, breath, and flow; listening to what the body and soul need.
Darci started practicing yoga in 2007, but really became dedicated to her practice in 2014. Yoga became a huge part of Darci's life at a time when her life turned upside down. Her practice helped her through many hard times during the last ten years and she hopes that her teaching can help others who may also be going through hard times. 
She incorporates her love and support into her teaching and encourages her students to tune in to themselves. 
Darci has been teaching yoga for 6 years and is still just as in love with the process of teaching and giving to her students as she was when she started. 
If Darci isn't at the yoga studio, you can often find her upside down doing aerial fitness (think circus fun in the air!) or reading a good book.
