HIP FLEXORS AND QUADS- Aligned Vinyasa Yoga
This 75 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class offers a continuous flow of postures (asanas), and some longer holds of certain postures. Attention is paid to good alignment both for the aesthetics of the pose and for the safety of the body. The last 15 minutes of class is dedicated to yin (deep stretching) and restorative asanas adding that bit of extra sweetness, stillness and peaceful relaxation towards the end of class. Students will gain flexibility, strength, build endurance, and improve their ability to move with a deep focus on the breath. Beginners are welcomed.
