  • Learning how to be with your mind and cultivate your breath are transformative skills that can significantly impact the quality of your everyday life. In this series, explore various pranayama and meditation techniques to help you focus your mind, restore balance and find comfort within yourself, especially when life seems to get in the way. No experience is necessary, these practices are accessible, uplifting and can be modified to meet you where you are. Nothing about meditation mean we need to stop our mind, and in fact, I encourage you to use the practice, not to check out, but to check in and listen into yourself on more subtle layers. Explore + learn basic methods of healing including herbs and diet, exercise, mindfulness and how simple lifestyle adjustments can have a big impact on how you think and feel, ultimately allowing you to move more intelligently and balanced through life. We recommend diving in for the whole course, however, each one of these sessions is stand alone and will help you find more harmony on your life path. Between monthly sessions you will be given accessible and inspiring "assignments" (think journaling, self-assessment questionnaires, mindfulness, home practices, etc.) to reinforce and gain practical experience with what you learned.
