Join Phoenix on a journey of self love and acceptance. A celebration of the body through a slow intentional flow honoring the beauty within and out. The workshop will begin with a mediation on body love, inviting you to send gratitude to the organs, limbs, and muscles that work together to make you the unique being you are. Following mediation Phoenix will guide students through a series of breath work exercises calming and releasing stagnant energy and negative beliefs about ourselves we may be holding on to. Finally, the workshop will conclude with a slow, all levels flow opening the heart and hips and close with an extended shavasana. We are all magic and our bodies hold space for our beautiful spirits, let´s celebrate our uniqueness and learn to love ourselves unconditionally.
