"Ago" means in the past. It's always used in combination with other words that indicate exactly or about how much time has passed but in Haitian traditions we use it to salute warrior spirits and assure powerful energy!
Class will start with a deep breathing and movement warm up exercise followed by full body stretching and toning. Then the joy begins as we move into the rhythmic pulse and celebration of Afro Dance movements. We will conclude this class with a beautiful breathing meditation!
