Join Tammy for this blissful yoga basics class to help prepare you for Savasana! This class starts with breath work including Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance the Yin & Yang energies in the body and mind.  This class also includes traditional poses to open hamstrings including half splits, pyramid & a seated forward bend supported by a rolled up blanket under the legs, plus several twisting poses.
