Join Tammy for this Nourishing Flow class for Mixed Level yogis.  Be sure to grab a yoga strap or belt for reclined hamstring & hip opening. This class includes standing postures to challenge your balance and bring you into the present moment including High Crescent Lunge to Warrior 3.  Then move to Half Splits with option to work deeper by sitting on the folded back leg.  This class also includes seated postures Baddha Konasana for hip opening and Paschimottanasana to lengthen the spine and stretch the back of the legs.
