Join this Everyday Basics class with Kamryn to give yourself some needed TLC.  This class start with seated breathwork with shoulder opening before moving into gentle hip opening postures - butterfly and seated wide angle forward bend.  Also included, cat/cow to move stuck energy from the spine and reclined hamstring opener, supta hasta padangusthasana. This class ends with a yummy restorative posture so be sure to gather 2 blocks, bolster and blanket.
