Drop into the present moment with mindful breath and asana for this Yoga Basics practice. In this practice, focus your mind to help bring you into postures to achieve benefits without pushing past your natural limits, going inward and trusting the process.  This class leads us to peak pose Mandukasana (frog) which incorporates breathing and mindfulness with a myriad of benefits.  This deep hip and groin opener also brings relaxation and release from mental and physical tension when practiced to (but not beyond) your edge.

Suggested Props:  Yoga Strap, 2 Blocks and optional blanket and bolster for your Savasana
