Join Jen for a challenging vinyasa which starts with core work and sun salutations and blends into a creative flow which explores postures on the long side of the mat such as Goddess (Utkata Konasana), Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana), and Half Squat (Skandasana).  These postures include a long list of benefits for the legs including strengthening the glutes, hips, thighs and calves while stretching the inner thighs and groins.  This class is balanced with opportunity for practicing Eka pada koundinyasana II (flying splits) and leading to a floor practice to stretch the side body with postures Janu Sirsasana (head to knees pose) and Parighasana (gate pose).
