Astrid Kastenberg is a Certified Life and Spiritual Coach (CLC), Certified 500 hrE-RYT Yoga Instructor, Certified Jin Shin Jyutsu specialist, and Sound Healing practitioner. 
 
For more than two decades, she has helped people change their lives and heal themselves mentally, physically and energetically through using both traditional and alternative modalities. 
 
Her company, C.O.T.A Life (Conscious Opportunities thru Awareness), blends the practices of yoga, meditation, acupressure and sound therapy to help her clients find peace, liberation and comfort in their body, mind and spirit. 
 
"Crystallized Beauty”, an extension of C.O.T.A Life, is a beautifully curated space, located in the heart of South Pasadena, that focuses on energetic healing services that support both inner and outer beauty. Education and community are the cornerstones of our business. We offer small boutique that carries metaphysical products like, crystals, sage, candles energetic sprays. Events, workshops, classes (both online and in-person), small private group sessions, and one on one sessions.
