This class will explore shoulder mobility, opening the front line like chest, hip flexors and quads, as well as strengthening the back line like outer hips and spinal muscles. We will work up to Supta Virasana (Reclined Hero’s pose) with a number of modifications. 
Props: Strap, 2 blocks, blanket & bolster.
