Yoga for Bone Health and Healthy Aging with Masha Leuner
This class focuses on exploring hip mobility, particularly when the legs are in a fixed position. We will work on understanding how the pelvis moves in relationship to the legs and the spine. We will also break down Triangle pose and put all the pieces together, such as external rotation, thoracic twist and lateral bend. Props: 2 blocks, strap, blanket & chair.
