Create a pause in your day and explore the grounding wonders of breathwork and meditation. In each 15-minute practice, we will explore a variety of meditation positions with props, breath awareness to settle the mind and body, breath techniques to prepare the mind for a more focused meditation, and different meditation techniques to explore and grow. Leave each session feeling grounded, more in-tune with your inner wisdom, and with more clarity for the rest of the day ahead. Use these sessions as a weekly check in, to be in community, to gather inspiration, and to try new techniques for your daily meditation practice. Expect meditation homework in between the sessions.
