Mondays, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays, 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
Be prepared to build strength and stability through this unique and moderately-paced vinyasa flow that is equal parts fun and challenging. Each class will end with a relaxing period of rest and meditation.
Props may include two blocks, a strap, and a therapy ball.
