This is a well-rounded, all levels Vinyasa flow class that will work all major areas of the body from head to toe. We will build heat as we flow through postures in the warm up, build stamina and strength in the standing sequences, and then find space and opening with loads of feel-good stretches. Alternatives and modifications are provided so that you can find variations of poses that are right for you. Practice along with music:
