In this 30 minute class we will utilize self-myofascial release (SMR) tools to target various muscle groups. Each class will include SMR and simple movement to provide tissues with both passive and active exercise. 

SMR is an intervention technique used to improve mobility and recovery of soft tissues. It improves gliding of the body’s structures, such as skin, muscle and fascia. As tension accumulates in the body, SMR techniques can help resolve tension patterns, allowing joints to gain greater range. 

Tools needed: RAD Roller, RAD Helix, RAD Rounds, RAD Atom
