Yoga For Athletes with Yalith Axelson (Extension and Integration)
This 60 minute class focuses on hamstring flexibility and core and hip stability while getting playful with a yoga wheel. If you don't have a wheel a stability ball would work in it's place or get creative with a foam roller, blocks, and a strap!
