Journey Through the Chakras: Seven Practices to Reset and Balancewith Tatyana Souza
This seven part course will focus on bringing balance to the chakra system. Balance one chakra in each practice for a total of seven practices.Chakras, or wheels, are energy centers located along the midline of the body. When out of balance, each center can affect your mood, ability to cope with stress, sense of physical wellbeing, sense of security, creative abilities, sense of autonomy, and attunement to inner intuition and wisdom.Each practice contains a 60-minute yoga sequence to balance of one chakra center at a time and a short a journaling assignment. The practice will consist of physical yoga postures, mantras (repeated sound), mudras (symbolic hand gestures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. You can complete the practice as many times as you like that week.During this seven-week period, you can also access our yoga library to enhance your reset experience.All levels welcome. Please bring two blocks, a blanket/towel, strap, and bolster or pillow for practice.
