A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga designed to awaken the energy of the mind and body. This practice offers intelligently sequenced, meditative movement linked with breath in order to comfortably flow through asanas (poses) with the intention of cultivating mindfulness. Class will build subtle heat, flexibility and strength, and conclude with relaxation to clear and open the energetic body. This experience provides a place for students to slow down, focus on self and refresh -- all in a convenient 30 minute session. Great for all practitioners, including new and expecting mothers. Classes will alternate between prenatal, postnatal and regular practices. All levels welcome.
