The key to living your best life might surprise you. It comes from learning to love yourself. Whether you want more love, success, self-confidence, intimacy, money, or any other goal, we will never be fully content or appreciate our accomplishments unless we learn to love ourselves.

Ponder this question as you move through this practice and your day. 

Class begins with a seated warm-up and transitions to a standing sequence that will challenge your balance, and perhaps confidence in your physical abilities - a perfect time to practice grace and self-love! The balancing sequence is followed by a Warrior sequence to get the body flowing and moving. Class ends with kneeling side-body and hip-opening poses before inviting in stillness and reflection with breath work and side-lying savasana.
