Meredith Whitney
Yoga, for Meredith, is an opportunity to understand her body, find stillness and quiet of the mind, explore energy and give it space to move, and come into alignment both literally and figuratively. Meredith completed her 200 hour YTT in 2019 at the Arhanta Yoga Ashram in the Netherlands. Her classes include elements of Hatha, Anusara, Iyengar, yin, and restorative yoga. She is also a laughter yoga enthusiast and finds ways to weave silliness and play into everyday life. Meredith is currently earning her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
