Laura Burgess is a perpetually thirsty adventurer, winemaker, and former NYC sommelier based in California's Sierra Foothills. Laura believes there's no room for snobbery in the modern wine business, and combines classical expertise with global cuisines to create (and re-create) mouthwatering food & wine experiences. Laura believes there's a perfect pairing for ANY meal -- and the best way to find it is with a healthy appetite.
