    TIMELINE AND REQUIREMENTS

    The 2022-2023 BRY 200 Hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training begins August 11, 2022 and ends May 21, 2023. To successfully complete the training and receive certification you must:

    1. participate in all 10-months of weekly trainings (40 sessions) 

    2. participate in all 4-weekend modules. 

    3. pass a core curriculum competency test as required by Yoga Alliance.

    The access to your healthiest you is through physical movement linked with breath that works for your body, mindfulness, and connection with a divine spirit that is abundantly available.

    This pass gives you access to 4-private yoga sessions with Wendy and a month of streaming classes.

    Private sessions are available to each client 1x per week (virtually or in-person) and expire on the last day of each month. Sessions must be used between the 1st and last day of each month. Streaming yoga sessions are led a minimum of twice weekly and stored in a recorded library that is accessible at your convenience.

    Wendy limits this purchase option to 6 clients per month. These sessions typically have a waitlist for the upcoming month. Your purchase will give you access to the current 30 day streaming classes and you will receive communication within 3 business days to schedule your private sessions. In-person sessions are hosted on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3:00-7:00pm or as agreed upon. Virtual 1:1 sessions are available Monday-Friday between 6a-noon.

    • 2 weekly 45 minute S.T.A.B.L.E. yoga classes designed to strengthen the health of your nervous system, increase concentration, and create peace. S.T.A.B.L.E. Yoga is founded on choice-based facilitation queues that invite you to move at a pace and intensity that is intuitively best for you.

    All sessions are hosted online as scheduled on the monthly calendar. Session changes will be given with a minimum of 1 week notice. All classes and sessions will be recorded and available within the online library. All passes may be canceled at anytime.
