Hatha is the traditional style of yoga that focuses on the alignment of each pose (asana) with the breath (pranayama). Slow-paced posture flow and held-postures are combined within a sequence that is both challenging yet safe and accessible for any level student. The entire experience is performed with an absolute meditative awareness that releases blocked energy and builds physical and emotional strength and resilience - on and off the mat.
