This Red (level 3) Class includes deep work to release the quadriceps and hip flexor area. There are a couple standing poses and shapes that load the wrists and arms (AKA Plank and Downward Dog). If you have sensitive wrists or shoulders, then avoid this class. More strap work and shoulder work is required in the Green Classes.
Materials: 1 Bolster, 2 Blocks
