Knees, hips, and lower back are targeted in this class to release the restriction that builds in them over time. We use two sandbags which can be super helpful, but you will benefit by following along without them if you don't own sandbags yet. The class is a little less than an hour, so use the extra time to sit in stillness. Let the inner peace find you.
