This class has a theme of connecting to your center, "core", midline... whatever you like to call it. An awareness of the inner thighs is carried throughout the practice of stabilizing abdominal poses, standing poses, and balancing poses. There is also a theme of being sensitive to all that you are experiencing physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
