Join me for this special 2-hour chair yoga class! The chair is a versatile, helpful, and fun prop to practice with. We will use the chair for standing poses, twists, backward bends, forward folds, inversions, and restoratives.
You will need a yoga chair for this class, such as this: Yoga Chair.
It's a metal folding chair with the back of the chair removed.
While this class is for all levels, it is recommended that you have experience with yoga asana. Of course, I will provide asana alternatives throughout the sequence.
The chair will give you new insights into your practice, improve your range of motion and extension, and improve flexibility. You will also discover ways to practice weight-bearing poses in a non-weight-bearing way.
