This 75-minute class focuses on the actions in adho mukha svanasana (down dog) and how this can prepare you for adho mukha vrksasana (handstand). We will use a wall for a lot of the class.
Asanas include AMS, shower pose, puppy dog, dandasana, plank, cobra, UMS (updog), parsvottanasana, prasaritta padottanasana, dolphin, handstand, parivrtta janusirsasana, setu bandha, twist, ...
It's both a physically and mentally challenging class. =)
