This 75-minute class was inspired by a few students' conversations and questions before the class started. Most of you know I do not like using the word "tuck," especially when talking about the tailbone. That action gets misunderstood and overdone. So, this class encourages you to self-study and play with how and where to engage the buttock to stabilize your asana/seat, protect your lower back, etc.
This is an excellent class to nerd out on and learn your habits.
