This Breath & Movement Viniyoga class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. Viniyoga begins with an awareness of our own attention. We then direct attention to our breath, and use that focus to engage the spine and limbs. We will explore yoga
postures and breath techniques to maintain: a healthy spine, stable joints, well-functioning body systems, and a balanced mindset. Our class will rely on basic postures with adaptations for common conditions like computer strain, low back discomfort, upper back/neck/shoulder tightness, and others. A common outcome may also be a lightened heart!
