Balance your autonomic nervous system and promote deep relaxation using specialized nostril breathing techniques combined with either Langhana or Samāna breathing ratios. A progressive series of practices designed to manage stress, balance the emotions, clarify the mind, and promote deep relaxation during these challenging times.
