Boston Yoga School was founded by Ame Wren in 2013 with the mission of offering high-quality yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and classes in the Boston area and beyond. During the pandemic, BYS transitioned to offering online classes and Ame continues to teach virtually from her new home of Charlottesville, Virginia. Other BYS teachers pop in from time to time and the replay library is rich with options for all levels.
