Renee Ancel
Renee wants to help you unleash your inner beast and achieve your fitness goals. She is a Level 1 Certified Animal Flow Instructor, group exercise instructor, personal trainer, a Year 1 EEM Practitioner, and a Chronic Disease Leader. Renee also holds a Kukkiwon Black Belt First Dan in Taekwondo and a Blue Belt first stripe in Shaolin Karate. She has trained in many kinds of martial arts. Renee has over 20 years of movement experience and loves to teach exercise classes. She likes to make every workout fun and challenging. Renee’s classes are open to all ages and abilities. The only way to get in shape is by starting where you are, and Renee will meet you there.
