This practice is a Level 2 Yoga Flow Class where you will let the sunshine in with a modern & creative spin on the classical Sun ☀️ Salutes. This class will give you the same repetition of familiar shapes like down dog & up dog where you will quiet your mind & move into your body. The result is a more grounded body & mind.

What you can expect during this practice is an alignment based feel good fluid flow class that focuses on slow to medium paced transitions to strengthen and stretch your body. This tempo helps you move with conscious control. After warming up, you will progress into deep postures that will focus your mind in the present moment. Postures such as Warrior 1, Humble Warrior, & Yogi’s Squat Pose ✨ Class concludes in restorative postures ✨ Supine (on the back) elevated legs & Savasana ✨ These postures will help you digest all that you mobilized and leave you positively glowing ✨✨✨
