All you need to take class is your mat, 3 & 5lbs weights, & the will to feel the burn. This All Levels BodySculpting Class is an alignment based and creatively sequenced workout. After warming up with Breath Work & an easy to follow Yoga Flow, you will pick up your weights to strengthen both your Upper & Lower Body at the same time plus get your heart rate up with a couple of Cardio Blasts followed by Burners, where you will tone your Hips, Buttocks, & Core Body. Class concludes with a Feel Good Stretch to digest all you mobilized. You will leave energized and positively glowing ✨✨✨
