Moksha, from the root word "muk" meaning freedom, can be defined as enlightenment, emancipation, liberation and release from the cycles of samskara (the cycle of life of death). We have the opportunity to pause at any moment to notice our patterns and cycles that do not serve us and others, and make the choice to get off the wheel. Take the time in this practice to notice those moments, and physically work through shoulder, arm, core and neck awareness though some flowing sequences, a good bit of work, and a nice rest.
